Cooper Bayliss started as a salesman in the packaging industry in 1987. Within three years, he had become a top producer in his company and, in 1991 started his own distribution company. He developed a powerful, highly successful sales training program and grew the company to a multi million dollar business. In 1998, he sold his shares to his two partners and started a non-profit organization for children’s education.
In 1999, based on his successful sales training program, Cooper developed a sales and business advisory company, where he worked with Ford, Nissan and packaging distribution companies. In charge of hiring and training sales people, he helped develop highly skilled representatives and assisted in building and managing business for these companies.
In 2002, Cooper started Net Global Distribution, now GlobalFlex. In understanding the importance of expansion and the opportunity of international business, Cooper worked to place GlobalFlex as a leader in forefront of the world wide packaging industry by creating a unique, direct, transparent approach towards bringing the customer and the manufacturer together on a global level.
Today, Cooper continues to travel the world, seeking new ideas in sustainable and biodegradable products and exploring new and exciting world wide opportunities for GlobalFlex and its customers.

Dana Bayliss began her career in the legal profession. After honing her business skills as a paralegal for 15 years, she was tapped to lead the Logistics operation for GlobalFlex. Dana oversees the full range of Logistics functions to best meet client requirements. Her grasp of inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and import/export activities contribute to a uniquely capable organization. Responsible for contract negotiation as well as logistics, Dana’s hands-on approach to servicing GlobalFlex clients has set new standards for service and efficiency.

Bill Hansen began his career in the packaging industry in 1990. He quickly became a leading representative and packaging expert in Litho laminated boxes, POP displays, and custom packaging and design. In 1994 he started Hansen Industries in Mexico, where he produced third party packaging, clam shell and blister sealing services for some of the largest corporations in the world.
In 2004, Bill joined GlobalFlex and through his vast knowledge and experience has helped build the company into its current national and international presence. Bill’s work ethic and philosophy of putting the clients needs first has helped set the foundation for GlobalFlex’s standards of superior customer service and he continually instills this philosophy throughout the GlobalFlex sales team.

Kristin Schabell has always had a talent for customer service. Her extensive background in sales, arcoding, and data collection formed a strong basis for her role at GlobalFlex, where her enthusiasm and passion for excellence drive Kristen to ensure that every GlobalFlex client receives an outstanding level of service. Kristen supports several aspects of the company’s operations, including managing the major lift parts procurement and service. Recently celebrating her second year with the company, she enjoys the fast pace and diversity of her position. When not at the office, Kristen enjoys entertaining family and friends, adding new recipes to her gourmet repertoire, or hitting the road for a weekend getaway.

After graduating from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Public Administration, Mitch spent several years with the lumber industry in numerous positions. He was heavily involved with the import of several species of hardwoods and related products from Asia and Latin America. This extensive travel and international exposure eventually brought Mitch to the packaging business. His years of experience in folding carton, flexible, and corrugated packaging led him to GlobalFlex, Inc., where he is an invaluable part of our team. With GlobalFlex, Mitch offers his expertise in these areas as well as complete custom packaging solutions.

Sal started his 35 years of print experience with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly, SLO, in print management and technology. In 1975, he started Color West Graphics, a commercial printing plant, co-managing the business for 28 years. The lessons of managing and growing his business brought him incredible insight into sales and sales management and now specializes in commercial printing projects, magazines and folding cartons.
Sal now regularly travels to China, utilizing his extensive production background to insure the type of quality standards Globalflex requires for its clients.
